Thanks for online-festival IFFF@Home

Dear festival lovers! In the past week, from 24th to 29th of March, our festival should have taken place. During this week we offered you a little online programme: IFFF@Home presented exciting talks between amazing women directors talking about their view of the world and their latest films. These talks by Sabine Derflinger, Grit Lemke, Annekatrin Hendel and Ines Johnson-Spain are still accessible on Facebook and Vimeo.

Follow our screening tip: you can also still view our Panorama short film programme with amongst others German actress Thelma Buabeng. Julia Nitschke’s mind-boggling cat content-lecture (»People suck but it's ok because cats«) ist still also available. Cat lovers check this it out before its too late! And from our section begehrt! filmlust queer we are streaming the wonderful »The Cancer Journals Revisited« by Lana Lin, a film about and for Andre Lorde (€6,  Screeningroom). All of the above is available until 1st of April. And this is no April’s fool!

We had great fun brining the festival from our quarantine living rooms into the www – but we are very much looking forward to presenting the films in the cinemas, hopefully in the autumn. We will see you then!

Lots of love, the IWFF Team!
